David has been involved in technology and software sales for forty (40) plus years.
During his tenure in technology sales and marketing, David has been both a successful entrepreneur and major account sales person with global ERP providers. As an entrepreneur, David built a startup ERP software company from start-up to over ten million dollars in sales and 70+ employees. His company specialized in turnkey solutions for small and mid-sized companies in a wide variety of vertical markets.

As a major account sales person David set corporate sales records for Lawson Software and JD Edwards, setting all time sales records for both companies. David consistently performed at 250% to 500% of quota for over seven years of major account ERP sales and several vertical markets. He personally sold over $25 million dollars in software and $50 million dollars in Services to the Life Sciences industries in his last four years as a major account sales person.

Since founding Channel Methods Partners together with Brian Feehan, David has been focused on helping our clients in all aspects of marketing, inside sales, sales management and sales.

David’s diverse background includes degrees in Mechanical Engineering from CCNY and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

His combined experience and education gives David an exceptional understanding about how technology is used in meeting business objectives. His entrepreneurial, leadership, sales and marketing skills continuously benefit our clients as they seek his expertise in positioning their companies for growth.

As CMP’s Business Process Optimization (BPO) leader, George Thompson’s responsibilities include supporting and improving all CMP’s internal and customer-facing processes to ensure the best of services to CMP’s growing list of clients.

George’s experience covers over 30+ years working for major players in Life Sciences, such as Johnson & Johnson and AmerisourceBergen. At J & J, as a Corporate Director, he was charged with global process change in Enterprise Information Systems. At AmerisourceBergan, George held several positions including strategy for multiple business units including their Data Sharing and Acquisition group. George’s background is a perfect fit to complement CMP’s organizational growth and direction.

George received his undergraduate degree from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ, and his Masters from The Ohio State University. He also served as a Captain in the USAF. Having recently returned to his native New Jersey, George enjoys family, friends, fishing, biking, golfing, reading, kayaking, his Buckeyes …. and life.

Kristen Laudicinia,
VP, Client Relations

Vice President, Client Relations for Channel Methods, Kristen is responsible for all client deliverables. Prior to joining Channel Methods Kristen spent five years working as a Project Manager and Project Leader on many clinical trials in a wide variety of therapeutic areas.   She built and maintained great working relationships with Sponsors, CRAs, sites and all personnel working on each specific protocol.  She helped with the creation and/or revisions of Imaging Manuals, Charters and Protocol Forms. In addition, she has trained various site, CRO, and Sponsor personnel on the requirements and processes of protocols as well as helped resolve site and sponsor level issues. Kristen has an excellent understanding and solid experience with data management regarding DTS, DTP and reconciliation. Kristen has a BS in Biology and Masters in Holistic Health.

As Executive Director of Human Resources and Operations at Channel Methods, Ashley Cogliano leads the Human Resources Department in providing strategic leadership to all employees and a partnership with internal business operations. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University, where she also graduated summa cum laude with a B.S degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations.  Before coming to Channel Methods, Ashley worked in the compliance sector of Human Resources for the U.S Marshalls Service.  In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, boating and spending time with her dog, Elvis.

Kevin Duffy

Executive Director, Business Intelligence

Kevin began working at Channel Methods in 2012 shortly after graduating from Fairfield University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.  He currently manages the CRM database of over 100,000 contacts and 30,000 companies.  He currently develops products including advanced reporting used to analyze all aspects of CMP’s sales efforts for clients and oversees the targeting of highly specific sales prospects.

In 2014, Sarah started working at Channel Methods. She is a graduate from Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Communication.  Sarah now currently manages the Business Intelligence Research and Data Department, overseeing departmental operations, as well as data entry, email campaigns, market research and special projects. Sarah is also involved in the specialized services for Tradeshows and Conferences for Channel as well as our clients.
